The Landings has some helpful items that you can use, such as a heavy-duty hand truck, furniture dolly, and large shop vacuums (both dry and wet). The vacuums are especially helpful if you have a large water leak.

 

These items are stored in several places in the building. Ask a Board member for their location.

 

The intercom box provides important services for our residents, such as listing residents’ names, letting guests call their hosts, and giving residents a way to enter without a key.

The process for removing former residents and adding new residents is fairly simple and our Property Manager can do it.

If you would like changes to your listing in the intercom box, speak to our Property Manager. Changes to your name or phone number can be entered quickly.
