The Landings Owners Association will meet Thursday, April 25 at 6:30 PM in the first-floor lobby to ratify the budget for the fiscal year that begins on May 1, 2019. Owners will receive the proposed budget prior to the meeting.

 

The Declaration (one of the Landings' governing documents) specifies in Section 16.3 that the budget is automatically ratified at the meeting unless "the Owners to which a majority of the votes in the Association are allocated reject the budget, ... whether or not a quorum is present."

 

Come to the budget meeting to learn about the Association's finances and to ask questions about the budget.

 

The Annual Meeting for all other Association business will be held at a later date, which will be called to order on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at 6:30 PM in the first-floor lobby.
