If you need the key to the Meter Room or the Valve Room but you can't find a Board member, ou can get the key from the lock box at the very back of the Storage Room. See the photo at right.

 

You might need this key when Comcast needs to service the main cable box or when CenturyLink makes changes to your landline phone.

 

Call our Property Manager for the code to open the box. And remember to return the key to its box when you are done using it.
