The recent heavy rains caused the chronic leak in one part of the building’s foundation to return and to worsen. This leak is in the west stairway on the P-2 level.

 

The Board requested repair estimates from several foundation repair companies. When the estimates are in, the Board will evaluate them and select the best one. Criteria include the length of time to complete the repair, all guarantee provisions, the amount of disruption caused by the repair, and the cost to the Landings.
